We aim to offer and provide you with the best options the delivery for your convenience.

We use only trusted delivery services: DHL, DPD, Packeta, and UPS, to be sure your order will be delivered on time and exactly in the good condition of your package.

You will be able to find more information on your parcel after receiving the order confirmation and tracking number. If you didn't receive the confirmation email and tracking number within 5 working days, please contact our support team via email: [email protected] 

Our consultants will assist and provide you with all the necessary information.

The delivery status of your order/s is also available in your personal account on Fragstore.com. 

The cost and delivery time are calculated automatically on the site when filling out the form with all required information:

1. Add the product to the cart, and click on "Checkout" bottom;

2. If you are a new user, please register by clicking on “Create Account”. If you are a registered user, then log into your existed account.

2. Before placing the order, please check the correctness of the main information such as full name, contact details, billing address and delivery address.

3. Specify the city, postcode, house/apartment, and choose a convenient delivery method for the courier service. You are able to choose one of the suggested options, which will indicate the shipping cost, as well as approximate days of delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and not depending on our side. 

4. Choose one of the payment methods. Please note that all your transactions are protected. Fragstore does not collect personal data from your cards or bank.

5. Receive order confirmation.

6. Leave feedback on our Google Profile or on the product’s page you have been ordering.
